Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour (£26,832 per annum once permanent)
Job type: Temporary to permanent
Working hours: See Below Following rotating shift pattern:

Monday - Friday 6am-2pm

Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a motivated and driven Warehouse Assistant to join our client's family-based animal feed manufacturers based in Yeovil. They celebrate 125 years being one of the UK's leading and trusted animal feed manufacturers. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of incoming and outgoing deliveries, stock in the warehouse and packaging duties.

General Duties:

Operate within health and safety guidelines, legal requirements and Code of Practice for Cross Contamination
Supervising bulk delivery vehicle at intake area and carrying out inspections
Correctly label raw material sample bags and operate weighbridge duties when applicable
Reconciliation of pre-ordered bagged dispatches or additions to stock during each shift
Product packaging when required using the Press Operator
Moving stacked pallets to clean and dry areas of the warehouse
Ensure bags are checked and stacked neatlyRole Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred not required
Forklift Licence preferred but training can be provided
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to remain motivated and reliable
