OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator  for one of our clients based in  Letchworth on a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.

Our client is looking for an individual that has a strong administration experience, knowledge of ERP / WMS systems and attention to detail. 

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30AM - 16:30PM
• Weekly Pay - £13.07 an hour
• Immediate start
• Temporary, with the opportunity to go permanent
• Free on-site parking

Warehouse Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer complaints received via phone or email.
• Log, investigate and provide communication covering root cause and corrective action.
• Liaising with carriers on missing shipments and adhering to the credit claim process.
• Provide weekly reporting on productivity, lateness and absenteeism to drive continuous improvement within the operation.
• Overhead order processing using the Management System.
• Provide additional cover on Reception as and when needed

Warehouse Coordinator - Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within same / similar position
• Excellent communication skills and building relationships
• Knowledge of ERP / Warehouse Management Systems 
• Ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
• Strong administration skills
