Location: Deeside
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: The role operates on a three-shift rotating pattern:

6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to Friday
10:00pm - 6:00am, Monday to Thursday
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

About the Role

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting for a Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver / Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Deeside.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a valid FLT licence who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are received, stored and supplied to production safely and efficiently while maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safely receive and manage deliveries at the warehouse.
Ensure all delivery drivers comply with site health & safety procedures.
Load and unload vehicles accurately and safely using a forklift truck.
Store raw materials in the correct warehouse locations.
Supply raw materials to production in a timely manner.
Liaise with suppliers and waste collection companies.
Arrange waste collections as required.
Carry out regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Communicate effectively with production and other departments.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Operate and carry out basic maintenance checks on balers, including rewiring when required.
Provide support to the goods In the department when needed.
Follow all company health & safety and quality procedures.About You

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
Experience loading and unloading vehicles.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
