£31,453 (£13.14 per hour) plus a great range of benefits

You don’t need previous cleaner experience to join us as a Hygienist - just the enthusiasm to learn and the desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, ready to learn and excited by the chance to progress, we’ll provide all the training and development opportunities you need. 

In the role of a Hygienist at our Harlow depot you’ll join our friendly late shift team to ensure production areas are always clean and presentable. You'll have good recognition, understanding and implementation of ‘clean as you go” policies that are in place.  You will need to have good powers of concentration and observation especially when some tasks are repetitive and require a great amount of attention to detail.   It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and training that includes COSHH, there’s no limit to your potential. And, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up – if that’s what you want to do.  

You can expect this role to be based in our freezer chamber (-22 degrees).  You'll need to be comfortable in both a chilled or hot production area, full PPE will be provided and ideally have your own transport to get here due to the working hours of the role. It will involve some lifting and there is bending, stretching, and standing depending on the activity therefore you need to be physically fit.  The key to success is to have good powers of concentration and observation especially when some tasks are repetitive and require a great amount of attention to detail.
