Are you an organised and motivated individual with a passion for efficient warehouse operations? Our client, a leading optical and astrological manufacturer, is searching for a dedicated Warehouse Leader to join their friendly team in Thatcham, Berkshire!

What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing timely picking and packing of goods.
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Managing various computer systems for inventory tracking.
• Performing manual lifting and loading/unloading of products.
• Conducting checks on inbound and outbound goods.
• Communicating effectively with sales representatives and customers.
• Covering for the Operations Manager when needed.

What You Bring:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Initiative and a forward-thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A keen understanding of product knowledge.

What We Offer:

• Annual salary of £27,000.
• 25 days holiday allowance (including three for Christmas shutdown).
• Annual bonus based on company performance.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
