Warehouse Manager

The COMPANY
Our Rutland based client are part of a Global Company who have carved a niche for themselves as the acknowledged market leaders in the supply and repair of industrial alternators and motors. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. This has been achieved this by continually investing in their manufacturing facilities, R & D and, importantly, having a well-trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE
A need has arisen for a strong Warehouse Manager with experience of SAP. The minutia of the role includes;
* Managing staff
* Overseeing the efficient unloading and put-away
* Supervise order picking and dispatch of goods.
* Ensuring that staff and work area productivity targets are met
* Lead the implementation, training and use of systems for the department.
* Monitoring healthy and safety

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Warehouse Manager with experience of SAP. The right candidate will possess;
* Warehouse Management experience
* SAP knowledge
* Experience of working within a manufacturing/production/engineering environment

Package

Salary £35-40K Basic - depending on experience;

* Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - core operations hours are 0545-1700hrs

* Annual Bonus upto 7% of salary

* Holidays - 20 days holiday increasing with service to max of 25 days plus Bank Holidays

* 5% employer contributed Pension Scheme

* 4 x salary death in service benefit scheme
