Pirelli Motorsport’s F1 Centre of Excellence is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead operations at their Didcot facility. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment supporting Formula 1’s elite.

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a dedicated team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Managing warehouse layout, inventory systems, and tyre/equipment planning to maximise efficiency and space.

• Overseeing all goods in/out processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

• Coordinating vehicle fleet maintenance (servicing, MOTs).

• Supporting facility and equipment maintenance schedules.

• Ensuring timely and accurate shipment loading/unloading.

• Assisting the Property Manager with building maintenance.

• Taking a lead role in Health & Safety management and reporting.

You are an experienced and hands-on warehouse leader with:

• 3–5+ years of warehouse management experience (international goods handling desirable).

• FLT licence and full driving licence.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance.

• Strong planning, problem-solving, and logistical skills.

• Excellent communication and organisational ability.

• A detail-focused, proactive mindset and ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.

• Solid understanding of Health & Safety standards.

This role requires flexibility—when the job needs doing, you’ll see it through to completion.

• £50,000–£55,000 salary depending on experience
