Warehouse Manager

The role is based in Grantham - easily commutable from most of Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire. Hours of work are Monday to Friday7.30am - 4pm

You should have...

• Experience in warehouse management including WMS (ideally Oracle Netsuite or SAP or similar)
• Strong understanding of all warehousing operations from goods in to despatch, inventory management and stock control, health and safety management
• Excellent team leadership skills and stakeholder management as you will be dealing with offshore suppliers (China, India, Vietnam)
• Confidence to set and measure performance through KPI's and SLA's (e.g. OTIF) preferably in a seasonal retail or ecommerce business

Ideally, you will have experience working in ISO accredited environments (14001,45001,9001) and have a relevant safety qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH) Interested? Then apply today!
