Are you a hands-on Warehouse Manager with a mechanical mindset and a passion for process improvement? We’re working exclusively with a well-established engineering manufacturer based in Tewkesbury to find a proactive and technically minded Warehouse Manager to join their close-knit team.

This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll lead a small warehouse team (2 operatives), manage day-to-day operations, and get involved in light assembly and technical tasks. You’ll also play a key role in stock control, order processing, and liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee goods-in, stock management, and order fulfilment
• Support and train operatives in assembly and testing tasks
• Manage internal stock orders and liaise with suppliers (including international)
• Provide cover for technical assembly during staff absence
• Monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders
• Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment
• Contribute to process improvements and technical problem-solving

• Experience managing or supervising a small warehouse team
• Comfortable with hands-on work and light mechanical assembly
• Technically minded
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work collaboratively in a small, supportive team
• Previous experience working for an engineering company is beneficial
• Counterbalance forklift licence essential

• 36-hour working week, finish at 2pm on a Friday!
