Warehouse Manager

Are you an experienced warehouse manager looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a well-established electrical supplier company based in Portslade. You’ll play a key role in supervising the warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations, and continuously improving the customer experience. This role requires strong people management skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to take ownership of warehouse processes.

As a Warehouse Manager your role will include:

• Liaising with management across all departments
• Optimising product locations within the warehouse to improve efficiency
• Overseeing the inspection and processing of incoming goods
• Managing stock control, team training, and warehouse logistics

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience managing a warehouse team
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Keen eye for detail and excellent time management

This is a full time permanent position, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays on an annual salary of up to £30,000 (dependent on experience).
