Are you a dynamic Warehouse Manager with a strong focus on team leadership?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

About the Role:

Cast UK are supporting a fantastic, global business with a site in the Redditch area, who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager to run their busy day to day warehousing operations.

The role will typically be Monday to Friday day shift hours, with some flexibility required in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full ownership of the day to day running of the warehouse operation
• Oversee all processes from order receipt to goods despatch
• Provide strong leadership for the Warehouse team, utilising KPIs and structured performance appraisal tools aligned with company policy
• Optimise team productivity to achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets
• Drive strong continuous improvement culture, implementing CI initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
• Drive strong H&S focus across the site, implementing corrective training and action for instances of non-conformance

What you will ideally bring:

• Proven track record as an experienced Warehouse Manager
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience of following formal performance management and appraisal processes
• A passion for continuous improvement with the ability to lead and implement change across the operation
• Strong decision-making ability, and the confidence to work independently, assuming full responsibility for the Warehouse team
• Good IT skills including competency in Microsoft programmes and barcoded inventory control systems
