We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager on behalf of our client based in Forest of Dean.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and develop the warehouse team
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control processes
Ensure warehouse systems accurately reflect stock movements and inventory levels
Coordinate deliveries between ports, external warehouse locations, and site
Monitor KPIs and use data to improve operational performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes and systems
Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
About You

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and driving operational performance.

Essential Experience:

Previous Warehouse Manager or similar leadership experience
Proven experience leading and developing teams
Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations
Experience implementing process improvements and operational change
Advanced Excel skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
Experience using ERP, WMS, or MES systems
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
