Warehouse Manager - London

I am currently in need of a Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a warehouse for a construction company based in London. You will be expected to manage the production floor by planning schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring output meets quality and safety standards.

Core responsibilities for the role include:

Workflow Scheduling: Planning production lines to hit delivery targets while minimising downtime.
Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, and motivating warehouse and production personnel.
Quality Assurance: Implementing standard operating procedures to guarantee product consistency.
Health & Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Workforce: Management of warehouse staff on a day to day basis My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP
