Warehouse Operations Executive

Warehouse Operations Executive required by a blue chip & prestigious global organisation in the Commodities and Financial Services sector.

Important: only Singaporeans or those with permanent residency will be considered.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Operations Executive:
* To conduct administrative and warehouse audits to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Policies, and Special Contract Rules.
* To inspect new warehouses upon request.
* To answer queries relating to brands being placed on warrant
* To act as a conduit regarding brand queries with producers in Asia
* To provide assistance as needed in the monthly closing process by consolidating various reports.

Skills set and Core Competencies Required for Role:

• Ability to communicate with warehouse companies at different levels
• Understanding of reporting requirements of warehouse companies
• Ability to prepare reports
• Experience in a similar Warehouse operations role, and prepared to get hands dirty
