What will do you as the Warehouse Lead

• Oversee warehouse processes to ensure targets for productivity, accuracy, and efficiency
• Provide coaching and mentoring to warehouse operatives and supervisors
• Responsible for H&S
• Ensure all products are stored, handled, and dispatched correctly
• Work closely with warehouse managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to achieve set goals
• Manage Inventory and stock control

What will you need to be the Warehouse Lead

• Worked within a leadership role within a busy warehouse
• Strong understanding of H&S
• Proficient in WMS systems and Excel
• Experience of logistics, supply and operations
