Are you a dynamic and driven Warehouse Manager ready to take full ownership of operations?
Our client, a fast-growing distributor of tools and equipment to the trade sector, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimise their warehouse operations in Warsaw.

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-first culture.

• Take full responsibility for the P&L of the warehouse function, including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Drive continuous improvement across all warehouse operations - from goods-in to dispatch.

• Implement systems and processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.

• Liaise closely with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

• Provide hands-on leadership with a commercial and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and warehouse regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, ideally within a fast-paced trade or tools distribution environment.

• Fluent Polish speaker is essential - strong communication with local teams is critical.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams of around 20 people.

• Strong grasp of P&L responsibility, including budgeting and financial accountability.

• Entrepreneurial flair - ability to think commercially and act decisively in a growth-oriented business.

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in warehouse software systems and data-driven decision-making.
