Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team based in Guilford, Surrey.

You must have a UK Driving License for this position due to location.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload, load containers efficiently, ensuring accurate stock handling
Light manual lifting
Picking and packing orders
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area, adhering to safety standards
Ensure all goods are checked for accuracy, condition, and proper labelling
Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain productivity
Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company health and safety procedures

Skills Required:

Previous experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently
A proactive approach to working both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills to ensure smooth operations and collaboration

£12.21 per hour
