Warehouse / Forklift Operative - Permanent Role
Location: Walton-on-Thames
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 or 07:00 start - 15:00 or 15:30 finish (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Week: 40 hours

An established company based in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Forklift Operative to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability within a supportive and well-structured working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Picking and packing orders accurately
Organising and maintaining the warehouse to ensure it remains clean and safe
Stock control and inventory management
Assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments
Liaising with delivery drivers and internal departments
General warehouse duties as required

Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential
Full UK Driving Licence - essential
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management skills
