Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a Warehouse/ Forklift Driver on a permanent basis for our client based in Hayes.

Duties:

• · Support and Assist the Warehouse Team Leaders to oversee the warehouse operation by ensuring that the day-to-day admin duties are being achieved.
• · Checking that the picking loads correspond with the driver’s paperwork.
• · Checking load lists, stock availability and reservations.
• · Organising and prioritising the workload.
• · Reviewing reports to manage stock availability and reservations.
• · To communicate effectively with other departments, individuals, customers, and suppliers.
• · Inputting data to generate consignment labels using online systems.
• · Ad-hoc office duties such as scanning, checking emails and filling paperwork.
• · Picking and helping all other warehouse departments when required.
• · To work effectively individually and as part of a team
• · Maintain site hygiene/housekeeping standards to the highest levels
• · Ensure compliance to all Health & Safety and company procedures
• · Ad-hoc duties on request

Requirements:

• Counterbalance OR Reach forklift licence
• Computer literate

Hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00 17:00

Salary:
£28,808 per annum - with yearly reviews
