Job Description - Warehouse Operative

As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, storing products under the correct conditions, and supporting over-labelling of secondary packaging. You’ll be involved in checking deliveries, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check, and process goods on delivery for accuracy and quality
Store goods in the appropriate locations, maintaining required temperature controls
Pick and pack orders according to customer instructions, ensuring product safety during transit
Support production runs for over-labelling of packaging
Assist with logistics coordination, including working with 3rd party providers and overseas warehouses
Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation compliant with export and audit requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience
Strong IT skills, including experience with MS Office and inventory management systems
Attention to detail with a focus on compliance to Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and internal SOPs
