Must Have’s
- A positive, adaptable attitude and a proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to travel to site as required
- GCSE qualifications (minimum)
- Valid UK drivers license

Nice to have’s
- First Aid certification
- Previous experience in a hands-on, site-based role
- Familiarity with safe operation of tools and equipment

What will you be doing?
- Undertaking physical tasks including handling equipment, installing materials, and general construction work
- Using tools and machinery safely and responsibly
- Following site safety procedures and wearing the correct PPE
- Supporting project progress through effective teamwork and communication
- Storing and moving materials appropriately, reducing waste
- Collaborating with supervisors to resolve on-site challenges and ensure quality work
