Warehouse Operative

A highly reputable and growing transport business is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the team, with a clear path of progression to Warehouse Manager within 2 years.

You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00 OR 08:00-17:00 with alternate Sundays (3 hours).

As Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a reach forklift
• Managing and organising warehouse stock and inventory
• Ensuring timely movement and placement of stock
• Maintaining the cold store environment ensuring it is kept clean, safe and organised
• Keeping and maintaining accurate records

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative with:

• Valid Reach Forklift license and proficiency in operation (essential).
• Experience with stock movement and inventory management.
• -Able to keep and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Ability to work effectively in a cold store environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and undertake training.
