Aerzen Rental Solutions, a market leader in oil-free blower and compressor hire, is looking for a driven and adaptable Warehouse Operative to join our growing team based in Langley Mill.

This is a varied, hands-on role with exposure to engineering, logistics, and customer operations — perfect for someone with ambition to grow into either a technical or commercial career path.

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including janitorial duties
? Support site visits and installation projects (including occasional overnight stays)
? Visit suppliers to collect or deliver parts and materials
? Help test and refurbish blowers, compressors, and associated equipment
? Work closely with engineers and the rental team on kit preparation and mobilisation

What We're Looking For:
? Positive attitude and strong work ethic - you’re reliable, enthusiastic, and hands-on
? Full UK driving licence (essential)
? Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
? Willingness to learn and develop - we’ll support your growth into either engineering or sales
? Must be commutable to Langley Mill, Nottinghamshire
