Warehouse Operative

Location: Ducklington, Oxford
Salary: £22,223 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are a leading B2B supplier in the Airsoft industry, offering thousands of products including Airsoft replicas, gas, BBs, batteries, accessories, storage solutions, and more. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery to our trade customers.

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Loading & Unloading:
  • Manually load and unload delivery vehicles (handballing required).
• Order Fulfilment:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders for dispatch.
• Stock Management:
  • Rotate stock, conduct inventory checks, and maintain accurate stock levels.
• System Updates:
  • Use internal systems to update order statuses and inventory records.
• Workplace Maintenance:
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills for updating warehouse systems.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not essential.
