Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Mixing & Excel

Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a Warehouse Operative who’s not afraid to get stuck in with mixing and measuring raw materials. You’ll be working with ingredients, following set formulas, and using Excel to keep everything tracked and tidy. If you’re hands-on, detail-focused, and comfortable with spreadsheets, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Weighing and mixing raw ingredients based on set instructions
• Using Excel (including formulas like SUM, IF, and VLOOKUP) to log batch data and stock levels
• Operating mixing equipment safely and efficiently
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Labelling materials and helping with stock movement
• Supporting with inventory checks and material transfers
• Reporting any issues or inconsistencies

What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in a warehouse, production, or similar environment is a plus
• Confident using Excel, especially with formulas
• Good with numbers, weights, and measurements
• You’ll be lifting and on your feet most of the day
• Able to follow instructions and stick to safety rules
• Forklift experience is handy but not essential (training can be provided)
• A team player with a good attitude and attention to detail
