Warehouse Operative

Hours: Every Saturday 7am until 3pm
Salary: £12.21P/H
Location: Hilsea, Hampshire.

Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit an experience Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary basis, with potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities will include:

Wrapping pallets.
Sorting incoming post.
Input of customer orders on in-house carrier system in preparation for daily order collection.
Unloading container deliveries as required (some heavy lifting)
General warehouse duties, such as keeping working areas clean.
Ensure that site practices, policies and procedures are followed and hygiene standards are maintained.
Preparing for dispatch.
Essential to make sure areas clear of obstructions, well organised and clean and tidy at all times.

Ideally you will have:

Experience working in a Warehouse, Goods In, Goods Out or Logistics setting.
Basic Numeracy & Literacy.
Able to think on your feet.
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role, with priorities changing based on business demands.
