Warehouse Operative

Location: Maidstone
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience

Reed Business Support are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Maidstone who are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their busy team.

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting the wider warehouse team as required

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is desirable
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail

• Full-time hours with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule
• Friendly and supportive team environment
• On-site parking and accessible location
