Location: Desborough
Job Type: Full-Time, temporary-permanent

About the Role:

ACS Staffing Solutions are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client in Desborough. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Loading and unloading deliveries
Stock replenishment and rotation
General warehouse maintenance and keeping the work area clean and tidy
Scanning and processing stock using handheld scanners or warehouse systems
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Assisting with inventory checks and stock audits

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
Reliable with a strong work ethic and good timekeeping
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
