Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Farnborough, GU14 6JF

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 45 hours per week. Working on a flexible shift pattern, either starting at 2pm and finishing at 11pm or starting at 10pm and finishing at 7am, on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

About the role:

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Headset & Voice Picking


• Stock replenishment.


• Stock verification accuracy, ensuring all stock is picked correctly and volumes are confirmed against relevant documents i.e. delivery and pick notes.


• Stock returns


• Safely and efficiently operating manual handling equipment i.e. PPT


• Using SMART manual handling techniques.


• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures

Experience and Key Attributes:

• FLT licence required


• Experience using MHE/FLT required


• Experience working within a warehouse for an FMCG


• Headset and Voice picking experience


• Attention to detail


• Manual Handling


• Health and Safety practices
