Warehouse Operative

Location: Vale Business Park, Evesham

Pay Rate: £13.38 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts
• 7:30am – 3:30pm
• 10:00am – 6:00pm

We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established warehouse team in Evesham.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with general warehouse duties.

The Role Includes:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing and organising orders for dispatch
• Checking orders for accuracy and quality
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving and handling stock around the warehouse
• General warehouse duties and keeping the work area organised
• Following instructions from the Warehouse Operations Manager
• Working as part of a team to ensure orders are completed on time

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting
• Good attention to detail when checking orders
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
