Warehouse Operative - despatch

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Despatch/Materials Operative to work for a client of ours as part of the production team.

The main focus will be despatch, providing goods, packed and loaded in a compliant manner, but support in other areas may be required.

Duties Include;

• Assist in packing, loading, labelling of goods in preparation for dispatch.
• Unloading and loading of vehicles in a safe manner
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Accurate record keeping
• Driving forklift

The Candidate:

• Ability to balance priorities and time management to work to tight deadlines.
• Experience of safe loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Forklift Licence is an advantage
• Driving license (essential).
• Good at problem solving
• Able to work effectively as part of a team or on an individual basis.
• Basic Microsoft Word/Excel

In return, my client will be offering a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
