Warehouse Operative (EARLY MORNING SHIFTS)

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Cleaners to join a busy parcel distribution warehouse in Hinckley.

This is a full-time, early morning position, starting at 5:30 AM and finishing at 2:00 PM. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the warehouse and ensuring the working environment is clean, tidy and safe for all staff.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse

* Keep warehouse floors, walkways and working areas clean and free from waste

* Remove rubbish and dispose of waste correctly

* Clean and maintain staff areas and other designated areas

* Help maintain a clean and organised working environment

* Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly

* Follow all company health and safety procedures

* Report any cleaning, maintenance or safety issues to the relevant supervisor

* Work as part of a team to maintain high cleaning standards

* Complete cleaning duties within the required timeframes

* Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the shift

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are:

* Available to work full-time

* Able to start work at 5:30 AM

* Reliable and punctual

* Hardworking and motivated

* Comfortable working on their feet for extended periods

* Physically capable of carrying out general cleaning and warehouse duties

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Willing to follow instructions and workplace procedures

* Previous warehouse or cleaning experience is useful but not essential

Transport Requirement

Due to the 5:30 AM start time, candidates must have their own reliable transport to travel to the warehouse in Hinckley.

Public transport may not be available for the required start time, so own transport is essential.

Working Hours & Pay

Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Position: Full-Time
