Job Title: Warehouse Operative / FLT Reach Truck Driver
Location: Standish, Greater Manchester
Salary: £24,200 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 (45-minute paid lunch)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative with FLT Reach Truck experience to join our team in Standish. This role involves a blend of warehouse duties and forklift operations, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform picking and packing tasks, managing day-to-day warehouse operations (approximately 60% of the role).

• Operate FLT Reach Truck to load, unload, and move stock as required (approximately 40% of the role).

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.

• Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Reach Truck license.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
