Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team. This is a hands-on role offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Monday to Friday -07:30am – 4:30pm

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

* Receiving, unloading and checking deliveries against paperwork.

* Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.

* Loading and unloading vehicles safely.

* Organising stock and ensuring items are stored in the correct locations.

* Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.

* Operating warehouse equipment, including Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts where required.

* Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

* Following health and safety procedures at all times.

* Supporting colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

* Previous warehouse, logistics, removals or stock control experience desirable.

* Counterbalance and Reach Forklift experience.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

* Reliable, hardworking and flexible approach to work.

* Ability to carry out manual handling duties and work on your feet throughout the day.

* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
