Best Time is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading distribution company based in Basingstoke.

* 06:00 - 14:00

* 14:00 - 22:00

* 22:00 - 06:00

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll help ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently throughout the distribution centre. Your duties will include:

* Loading and unloading trailers

* Receiving deliveries and placing stock into the correct warehouse locations

* Breaking down pallets and transferring products into cages or designated storage areas

* Picking and preparing orders for dispatch

* Manual handling of goods and using warehouse equipment where required

* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

* Working as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets

Requirements

* Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

* Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

* Good attention to detail

* Reliable, punctual and hardworking

* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
