Warehouse Operative - Luton

Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Luton, on a 8am - 5pm shift Monday - Friday

This position is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse, where you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Assist in conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve daily operational goals.

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Located in or around Luton, you will need your own vehicle to get to the warehouse.

Hourly rate From £13.00

You will be on a rota to work 5 days out of 7 over Monday to Friday extra hours as and when required
