Warehouse operative - Permanent contract

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team in Tilbury. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with career progression for the right candidates.

Working in a fast-paced logistics environment, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations—from goods-in and inventory control to order picking and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock

• Picking and packing orders accurately

• Loading/unloading vehicles

• Stock rotation and inventory checks

• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment

• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday

• 7:00am - 4:00pm (with potential overtime available)
