Warehouse Operative Picker And Packer

We are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives / Pick Packers to join a well-established fulfilment operation based in the GL10 area.

This is a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term seasonal position. You will be working within a clean, organised warehouse environment, picking and packing customer orders using handheld scanners and a basic computer system.

The role does not involve heavy lifting, but you will be on your feet throughout the shift. Accuracy and attention to detail are particularly important.

The role:

Picking customer orders using a handheld scanner

Packing products accurately and securely

*

Checking quantities, product dates and batch information

*

Completing quality checks before orders are dispatched

*

Using a basic computer system during the packing process

*

Checking orders are prepared for the correct courier

*

Maintaining accuracy while working towards achievable KPIs

*

Keeping your work area clean and organised

What we're looking for:

Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfilment or similar experience would be beneficial.

You should also be:

Reliable and looking for stable, long-term work

*

Comfortable using handheld scanners

*

Confident using a basic computer system

*

Accurate with good attention to detail

*

Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift

*

Able to work every other Saturday

*

Able to reliably travel to the GL10 area

Full training will be provided on the company's systems, processes and KPIs.

Working hours:

Week 1:
Monday–Thursday: 09:30–18:00
Friday: Off
Saturday: 08:00–16:00

Week 2:
Monday–Friday: 09:30–18:00

The pattern then repeats.
