Warehouse Operative - Reach Truck Driver

We are looking for an experienced warehouse operative with valid Reach Truck certificates to join a fast-paced, supportive team based in Newbury, where your skills will be highly valued.

Pay & Shifts:

* From £27,000 per annum (Up to £30,000 per annum after 3 months)

* Monday to Friday

* 08:30am to 17:00pm

What You'll Do:

* Pick and pack sales orders accurately for dispatch.

* Receive and issue goods with precise stock record keeping.

* Label stock correctly to meet compliance and customer standards.

* Manage stock movement and replenishment efficiently.

* Conduct regular stocktakes and inspect for damaged items.

* Safely operate forklifts and lifting equipment.

* Report any issues or discrepancies to management.

* Assist with other ad hoc warehouse duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

* Recent warehouse experience in a similar role.

* Essential: Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck Forklift Certificates.

* Desirable: Valid Pedestrian Pallet Truck (PPT) certificate.

* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
