Warehouse Operative Support/Supervisor

Warehouse / Repairs team leader

We are looking for a motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join our client's team in the repairs, you need to have experience working within a repairs team / electronics industry. Previous experience is essential, they are open minded in regards to the industry sectour.

You will work in a close-knit team of four, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and stepping in during their absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and potentially grow into a supervisor or team leader role.

Warehouse:
Report to the Operations Manager
Ensuring goods are picked/packed
Following Health & Safety guidelines
Computer literate to enable managing of various systems.
Manual lifting of goods of various sizes and weight
Loading/unloading
General warehouse Ad-hoc duties
Checking of inbound/outbound goods
Able to use own initiative and forward thinking
Initiating compliance reports
Covering the Operations Manager position during absences

Repairs:
Liaising with Sales Reps on supplies and customer queries/repairs via email / and portal
Ensuring excellent customer service.
Breaking down products to gain spare components and parts.
Repairing a large number of products over 700 !
Completing inspections / Testing, and repairs
Some products come with a lifetime guarantee, if no longer stock customer gets the newest version ( similar product )

What They are Looking For:
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role is desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Repairs experience / Testing
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit for manual handling tasks.

What Our Clients Offer:
Salary: £26,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
Bonus: Annual bonus based on company performance
Holidays: 25 days per year (including three days for Christmas shutdown)
Annual Salary - 26k + Plus yearly Pay review 1.5 - 10% + Bonus paid twice a year 3% -6% ( Possibly ) sometimes once depending on company performance - no targets to hit !!!! - In 6 years, he has always had both
