Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (up to £30,000 for experienced candidates)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 - 14:15

About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Forklift Operator/Warehouse Team Member to join our client’s warehouse team in High Wycombe. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and store materials into warehouses.
• Pick and move materials from Warehouse to Production.
• Pick, pack, and despatch fast-moving products (Sunpipes & Controls).
• Carry out regular cycle counts.
• Participate in a full inventory stock take (annually).
• Set up controllers – full training provided.
• Assist Logistics and Production during peak times.

Criteria:

• Must hold a clear driver’s licence and be willing/able to drive a 3.5T van.
• Lives local to High Wycombe (max. 30min commute).
• Ideally holds a current forklift licence (max. 4T, counterbalance).
• Willing to work in two locations (High Wycombe & Aylesbury).
• Ideally at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional Information:

• This role can be very manual, especially when offloading 40ft containers.
• On average, the warehouse receives 4 x 40ft containers per month.
