Become a Picking / Packing Operative at Zendbox - immediate start!

At Zendbox, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional eCommerce fulfilment solutions. We are currently seeking meticulous and energetic Pickers and Packers to join our growing team in Paddock Wood. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are picked and packed securely and efficiently, ready for dispatch to our valued customers.

Shift Patterns Available: Flexibility required based on operational needs.

We will be holding interviews for this role on Thursday 4 September.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack and label products for shipment according to quality standards.
• Inspect products for quality assurance, ensuring items are free from damage before packing.
• Utilize appropriate packing materials and methods to ensure safe transport of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
• Assist in inventory control and stock management as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

Your attention to detail will contribute significantly to our commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling boxes and products safely.
• Flexibility with working hours, including the potential for overtime as necessary.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems are an advantage.
• Shift rotations:
  12:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday
  08:00 - 18:00 Saturday
  10:00 - 20:00 Sunday
  Part time hours are available

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with packing materials and shipping processes.
• Knowledge of eCommerce operations and fulfilment processes.

• £12.40 per hour
• Part time and full time hours available, shift rotations to include evenings and weekends.
