The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in the CV9 area. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their busy parcel sorting and distribution team.

Location: CV9 3BB
Job Type: Ongoing, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates
Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Available Shifts:

* Day Shift: 11:00am – 7:00pm – £12.71 per hour

* Night Shift: 7:00pm – 3:00am – £13.10 per hour

The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring parcels are sorted, processed and dispatched efficiently. Your duties will include:

* Sorting and organising incoming parcels according to their designated routes and destinations.

* Scanning parcels and ensuring they are correctly labelled and processed.

* Operating conveyor belts and warehouse sorting equipment.

* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles when required.

* Identifying damaged parcels and reporting any issues to the relevant team.

* Working alongside colleagues to meet daily targets and operational deadlines.

* Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

* Following all site health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous warehouse, logistics or parcel sorting experience is beneficial but not essential.

* A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.

* Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

* Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling parcels.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work occasional overtime where required.

* Reliable transport to and from the CV9 3BB location.
