Vanta Staffing is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy parcel distribution and logistics operation based in Slough.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join an established night shift team, supporting the sorting, scanning and movement of parcels through a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for night shift warehouse work with immediate starts and ongoing opportunities.
Duties of a Warehouse Operative
Loading and unloading parcels and deliveries.
Sorting and scanning parcels ready for distribution.
Moving and organising stock within the warehouse.
Handling parcels safely and efficiently.
Working to deadlines in a busy warehouse environment.
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties.
Requirements
Previous warehouse, parcel sorting, loading or unloading experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Comfortable undertaking physical work, including lifting and moving parcels.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual and committed to attending scheduled shifts.
Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Available to work night shifts from midnight until 8:00am.
Able to travel reliably to Slough for a midnight start.
