This is a full-time temporary opportunity supporting Black Friday and Christmas peak demand, with paid training provided and the potential for ongoing work beyond the initial assignment.

This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, picking, packing, fulfilment, logistics or distribution experience, although not essential as training will be provided

**While this is initially a short 3-week assignment, there is a strong possibility of extension up to the New Year and beyond for top performers. **

The Perks & The Pay

• Great Hourly Rate: £14.80 per hour, paid weekly so you see the rewards right away.
  
• Big Weekly Take-Home: Earn £843.60+ per week working 57 hours across 6 days.
  
• Paid Training Included: We won't throw you in the deep end—you'll get 1 to 4 days of fully paid training between 2nd November and 13th November.
  
• Room to Grow: Impress the team during the core assignment (16th November – 6th December), and you could easily find yourself booked right through to the New Year.
  

What a Typical Day Looks Like: You’ll be working 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, keeping things moving behind the scenes so online orders reach customers on time. Your core tasks will include:

• Picking and packing items safely and accurately.
  
• Giving delicate items a double-check for quality before they ship.
  
• Helping receive incoming stock, handling returns, and keeping shelves stocked up.
  
• Working with your team to hit daily targets in a clean, organiSed space.
  

Are You a Good Fit? All we ask is that you:

• Can commit to working 6 days a week (with a flexible day off).
  
• Are comfortable standing for a 9.5-hour shift.
  
• Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team-first attitude.
  
• Hold valid proof of your Right to Work in the UK.
  

How to Join: Before the main contract starts on 16th November, you'll just need to pop in for a quick 30-minute assessment in North Acton on either Saturday 17th October or Saturday 24th October.
