Job Title: Warehouse Picker/Packer
Location: Warrington
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (7:00am-3:00pm & 11:00am-7:00pm)
Salary: £25,000 per annum + performance bonus
Contract Type: Permanent

Overview

We are seeking up to five permanent Warehouse Order Pickers to join our busy team in Warrington. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are team-oriented, and are comfortable working with warehouse systems and technology.

You'll play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring high-quality packing standards, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack stock in line with order requirements
• Ensure all items are correctly packaged and ready for dispatch
• Update the warehouse management system (WMS) to reflect goods-out movements
• Maintain stock integrity through careful handling and attention to detail
• Flexibly support other departments within the warehouse as needed
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Continuously develop skills across different warehouse functions
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and reliability

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work well as a team
• Good computer knowledge
• Accurate data entry skills
