Warehouse Parts Supervisor

LSH Auto is excited to announce an opening for a Warehouse Parts Supervisor at our warehouse in Minworth. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of the parts warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate management of inventory and personnel.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of automotive parts.
• Implementing inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Collaborating with other departments to meet the needs of the service and sales teams.

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or automotive parts environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
• A valid UK driving licence.
