£13.48 per hour (Weekdays) | £16.18 per hour (Weekends)

Location: Aylesford
Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 7:00pm (12-hour shifts)
Working Pattern: 4 shifts per week (3 weekdays + 1 weekend day)

We're looking for experienced Warehouse Picker/Packers to join a busy chilled distribution centre. If you're reliable, motivated, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

At least 12 months' recent warehouse picking and packing experience
Experience using handheld RF scanners
A proven track record of achieving high pick-rate and accuracy targets
Unfortunately, applicants who do not meet these essential requirements cannot be considered.

Previous experience working in a chilled warehouse is highly desirable and will give you a significant advantage.

What You'll Be Doing

Picking and packing chilled products accurately using handheld scanners
Working to demanding productivity and accuracy targets
Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
Maintaining excellent quality standards
Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
Reporting any stock discrepancies or issues promptly

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 12 months' warehouse picking experience
✔ Confident using handheld scanning equipment
✔ Experience working to KPI and pick-rate targets
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Good numeracy and literacy skills
✔ Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player

Desirable Skills

Previous experience in a chilled warehouse
Food warehouse or food distribution experience
