As a Warehouse Shift Manager, the successful candidate will oversee daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of safety and productivity while leading a team of warehouse staff. The hours of work for this role are Monday - Friday , 0800 - 1600 although flexibility will be required at times to cover other shifts

**Responsibilities Included**
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise logistics and distribution processes.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role in the FMCG sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
