Warehouse Shift Supervisor

We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our client's busy distribution centre in Blackburn. Join an established business operating across the UK and Europe during an exciting period of growth and change.

Role Overview: As part of the management team, you'll lead by example, driving productivity, motivating the team, and fostering a positive culture. You'll oversee daily operations, meet key performance targets, and ensure smooth workflows.

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 6am-2pm (Mon-Thu) / 6am-1pm (Fri)
• Week 2: 1pm-9pm (Mon-Thu) / 1pm-8pm (Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to meet daily targets.
• Use warehouse management systems to plan and allocate resources.
• Manage performance reviews, training, and staff development.
• Handle recruitment, disciplinary processes, and attendance tracking.
• Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
